| South Pacific was our third show back at the New Theatre in Hull and again it was a great production with a strong cast. Neither our Emile (Roger Welton) or Nellie (Carmina Ripollés) had ever performed at a professional theatre before but both turned in accomplished performances. Ian Thompson played and excellent Cable and still managed to get killed every night, despite having read the script. Scott Solway (Billis) and Maggie Lloyd Jones (Bloody Mary) provided the comic moments and were particularly popular with the audiences. | ||
